What is Women On Fire?
Women on Fire provides support for your dreams, strategies for your goals and inspiration for your passions. It is a powerful community of women who support one another in their greatest ambitions and toughest transitions.
Life and executive coach Debbie Phillips started Women on Fire in 2003 after noticing how her hardworking, successful coaching clients suffered from isolation. She decided to bring them together. Immediately, they loved being able to meet each other and share what they were “on fire” about.
Soon, they asked for their friends to be included … and their mothers and sisters and daughters and colleagues … and on and on it went. Now, thousands of women are part of the Women on Fire circle of connection and support.
Our hope is that through the connections you make, the stories you hear, the wisdom you gain, and the love that you feel, you can lead the life you have always envisioned for yourself.

They’re vibrant, smart, forwardthinking, and positive – even if they’re going through a rough or uninspired patch in their lives at the time. They’re the kind of women who want to improve themselves, and to be positive participants in an interactive community. No matter who you’re talking to at a Women on Fire event, you just never get a ‘lemon’!”
